Ask Vyra from Muse.

What you can say

• “Ask Vyra what's on my plate.”
• “Tell Vyra I had a chicken salad and a flat white.”
• “Ask Vyra how many calories are in this.”
• “Ask Vyra what's left in my day.”
• “Ask Vyra what I ate today.”

An estimate is only an estimate, and Vyra says so in the answer whenever a number is its own rather than a database figure. Nothing is saved to your account until you ask Muse to save it. Checking your day works on any Vyra account; estimates need an active trial or subscription, which you start in the Vyra app.

How to connect

1. Create your Vyra account in the app first, if you do not have one. The connection cannot create an account for you.
2. In Muse, find Vyra in the connector list and choose to connect it.
3. Muse opens a Vyra sign-in page. Enter the email you use with the Vyra app, then the code we send you, and choose Allow.

Vyra never sees your Muse account, and Muse never sees your Vyra sign-in code.

What moves between Muse and Vyra

• From Muse to Vyra: your words and, when Muse has one, a photo of the food. Nothing else from your Muse conversations.
• From Vyra to Muse: the answer to what you asked: an estimate, what you had today, or what's left in your day.
• Where it goes: an estimate is kept for an hour so that “save it” writes exactly the numbers you heard. A meal you save becomes an ordinary entry in your Vyra account, the same as one you typed in the app, and it appears there the next time you open Vyra.
• Through Meta: your request and our answer pass through Meta's Muse service at your direction, under Meta's own privacy terms. Muse works for you, and it receives only what you asked it to carry. Meta does not process data on Vyra's instructions.

Vyra's Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe the connection alongside everything else we collect.

How to disconnect

Disconnect Vyra in Muse's connector settings at any time, and new requests stop immediately. What you already saved stays in your Vyra account, where you can edit or delete it like any other entry. Deleting your Vyra account removes it with everything else.

For developers and reviewers

Vyra for Muse is an MCP server (Model Context Protocol, streamable HTTP) behind OAuth 2.1.

• Endpoint: https://api.getvyra.ai/mcp
• Discovery: https://api.getvyra.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp and https://api.getvyra.ai/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server
• Authorization: authorization code with PKCE (S256), public clients, dynamic client registration at /connect/register with https redirect URIs. Scopes: food:read, food:estimate, food:track; a request without a scope receives all three. Access tokens last one hour; refresh tokens last sixty days and rotate on every use.
• Tools:
  • estimate_food: an estimate from a description and, optionally, an image (https URL or inline base64). Returns an estimate_id. Never saves.
  • track_food: saves to the user's account, by estimate_id (exactly those numbers) or from a fresh description or image. Safe to retry.
  • whats_left_today: the user's calorie goal, what they have tracked today, and what's left.
  • today_summary: today's entries with their meal and calories.
• Limits: estimates share the user's in-app allowance of 30 per hour and 150 per day. The read tools are free. An account without an active trial or subscription receives a plain message on the estimate and save tools and answers on the read tools.
• Data handling: request contents, images and results are never written to logs. Tokens are stored as hashes. Deleting a Vyra account revokes every connector token at once.
• Test access: reviewers receive a review sign-in address and code by email. Write to support@getvyra.ai.
